This is Tennstopet!
Welcome to venerable Tennstopet. Located in the heart of “Vasastan”.
We are a proud bearer of Swedish culinary traditions. We follow the seasons and aim to serve the produce when it is at its best. Tennstopet’s hunting team gather in the beginning of fall and you can follow their luck on the menu.
From August 8th you find Swedish Crayfish on the menu, one thing you can't miss. During August 24, 25 and 26 we host our own Crayfish party, make sure to get a reservation.
We serve dishes rarely seen on menus today. For example, if you visit us now chances are that you’ll try wild boar for the first time or the traditional stockfish at Christmas time.

What's happening at Tennstopet.
August 8th is the starting point for crayfish on the menu. We serve them with all the classic accompaniments. Between 24-26 you can book our Crayfish party. August 18th is reserved for fermented herring. This is served one day only and is a tradition here at Tennstopet.
